E-motors LLC Artem Martinov, Tim Martinov Sold a bunk vehicle with major problems, no response and number disconnected from seller. Internet

I bought a vehicle from Tim Martinov a while back. He advertises on craiglist everywhere (well he did before closing up shop) I contacted him via phone regarding the vehicle he was selling. He has a heavy Russian accent. I met about 3 days later to view the vehicle he was trying to sale. After haggling back and forward over the price and his sales pitch of "full warranty" "no accidents" blah blah blah I gave in and purchased the vehicle. He insisted the vehicle WAS NEVER IN ANY ACCIDENTS.

Well all be d*mn, I was lied to and frauded. Two weeks ago I got into a small fender bender where my car (purchased from Martinov) needed to go into the shop. Come to find out from the body shop, I was informed my vehicle had been in a big previous accident and nothing matched up. The left head light had a different serial number from the right head light. (manufactured long after the original)The screws holding the corner panel together did not match the original screws and brackets holding the panel together. Also the paint from the front drivers side to the drivers side door was not the original paint and was done recently....

HMMMMMM I remember hearing "This vehicle has never been in any accident" I decided to call Tim and of course the number had been disconnected and the web-site no longer in existence. I was had. After typing in the company name, I come to find out I was not the only one who was lied to and taken advantage of. This cheap con man will do anything to make a buck and is most likely doing something else like most cons do to make money..I hope he is stopped and everything catches up with him and his cheap scum-bag "associates" I mean friends.
