In Dec. 2008 i took out a 300.00 payday loan plus 90.00 service/process charge. Installments of 90.00 monthly to be automatic withdrawl from my acct. till 390.00 was paid off.

On May 13th i recieved a call from a payday loan rep. He informed me a payment did not go thru and requested the remainder of loan to be paid-in-full on a prepaid credit card by my payday of May 29th. I agreed.

I asked how much did i have to pay the loan off and be done with it. Since i paid 90.00 in Jan., 90.00 in Feb., and 90.00 in Mar., the representative stated i owed 90.00 for Apr., 90.00 for May plus 30.00 for a return service charge. I agreed to pay the 210.00 in full and be done with the loan.

On May 25th-28th i called the same rep to confirm the arragements made. Never making contact with the rep i left numerous voicemails. On May 29th, i went to my bank to withdrawl the money needed to take care of loan debt.

When making the withdraw i discovered that the Payday Loan company had withdrew from my acct. 30.00, 90.00 and 420.00, a total of 540.00. This amount was well over what i owed. I called the loan rep that day and all weekend, never making contact.

On Monday June 1st, I got ahold of the rep and he was rude and manipulative. I requested verbally and by voicemail a copy of my loan contract, legal name of company and physical address to file complaint. The loan rep refused. I was passed to another loan rep and told i still owed 90.00 on the loan and broke my prepaid credit card arrangements.

This company is still trying to collect, manipulate, con, scam and harrass me.
