E-Penzio, Bring-It-home, Avalon Digital Ripped Off Salt Lake City Utah

On September 18th, 2001. My wife and I attended a seminar in Nashville, Tennessee at the Regal Maxwell House Hotel. Where ePenzio, Bring it Home had a seminar on a home-based Internet business. The speaker presented attendees how anyone could, using their system earn extra income. In fact, they would provide a tool to build a merchant account. ePenzio, Bring It Home would provide the product to sell through an affiliation with merchandise marketplace, as well as the chance to sell more merchant account via internet advertising.

After the presentation, my wife signed an application to set up a merchant account, and gave a $99.95 down payment, which guaranteed a place in their upcoming class. A week later we attended the class. By now the three days cancellation date has come and gone. The package we were sold included an ePenzio merchant account internet processing system, shopping cart, website, and web design software. Which this class was suppose to teach us how t set up and use. After 2 months, the website has not produce any income.

My wife called ePenzio to cancel but was told we could not cancel the contract. So we just close the checking account. Two-three months later Fair Financial started to attempt to collect. My wife sent in a couple of $20 payment, but later stopped. So, Fair Financial threatened to damage our credit, which they have done. My wife, Natalia, and I hope by joining the group of plaintiffs together we all can stop this forever name-changing, company from ripping off anyone else.
