E Pro Auction Unauthorized Charges to my credit card for $49.95 Orem Utah

E Pro Auction made some unauthorized charges on my credit card for $49.95 each time after I sent for a "Free" kit on doing business on E-Bay and I paid $4.95 for shipping. They used my credit card I gave them for the shipping and kept charging me monthly for $49.95 without my consent or authorization.

1) Check out the following Utah Better Business website for Gov't actions against this company for doing the same thing to many other companies:

2) Check out the State of Utah Dept. of Consumer Protection site: consumerprotection.utah.gov for a complaint form you can mail to them about this company. This is the agency that filed the complaints against E Pro Auction (above in #1).

3) Contact your local bank and file a Visa/MC dispute if within 60 days of the charges and they will issue a temporary credit on your account for up to 90 days that it takes to settle the dispute. Most disputes are found in favor of the consumer in cases like this where the charge was unauthorized and misrepresented.
