Like dozens of others out there, I was fooled by E-Pro and robbed blind. I paid my shipping charges for the 14-day free trial, but never recieved the CD.
Because of this, I called to cancel my account, but was told my debit card had been charged nearly $50 already! How can I be made to pay so much for something I never recieved? I've heard from others in the same boat that they've been charged every month, also for nothing, as well as side charges for a non-existent newsletter. Devious!
E-Pro seems to change its name, phone number, and website as often as possible to continuously slip through the cracks. Suckers like myself are told they need a name and password to make account changes, but are never sent these either. E-Pro says my account has been cancelled, but I fear I'll be charged another $50 next month by these low-down crooks. E-Pro must be stopped!
This is fraud, plain and simple!
