E-PROAUCTION took $49.95 out of my checking acc without my consent and they wont return Internet

they first kindly asks for only 2.95 for shipping to preview their stuff. Of course with your credit/debit card.After two weeks or so ,you get hit for $49.95!!!!! Still no info ,of course.
I only bought the CD not the membership which is 49.95 monthly!I havent authorized them to take that money out of my account
(only the 2.95 dollars for the Cd). However they did it...

I called the toll free call and they say that the
" membership" cost was included in the terms and conditions; which I havent signed up for. However, when I went to their website I clicked on the terms and conditions link, but it wont work. I have also tried with different computers to make sure it wasnt my own computer problem.
