From then on, it's been a nightmare. Over the past four months, I've made several attempts to cancel the "unauthorized billings to my credit card" by phone. Typically, the person receiving the call will be representing a plethora of .com companies. That's to say you actually get the correct phone number to access these people. To date, they've not stopped. I now have my credit card company investigating their unauthorized billings. Please do not attempt to do any business with these companies.

I ditto the following statement:
I was surprised to see two unauthorized charges on my credit card last week. I emailed both e-proauction.com and TekMeds.com to request cancellation and a refund. I got an email back from e-proauction.com telling me I had to cancel online. I did that and emailed them back asking when to expect a refund. Still no reply. I'm still waiting to hear from TekMeds.com and am still wondering where they got the idea to charge my account.
