Purchased a used laptop for parts. The item was labeled as such, which is not a problem. Unfortunately, the parts I needed from the laptop did not function. Even though the description of the item mentions exactly what was not included and not functioning, all the other parts not mentioned should work properly.

After explaining this to them and requesting an RMA for exchange (they had 4 more of these in stock), I received a letter saying my RMA was denied. The reason was "...[the part] was sold for "Parts and stated Final Sale".

In other words, if you purchase something from these people and it doesn't work as listed on the item description, that is not their problem. It is your fault for purchasing the item in the first place.
