 FIrst of all I am a grandmother with grandchildren and an 86 year old mother I have to get from place to place and also get to work each day and needed a dependable car very bad so as I searched for cars to buy I went to cargurus website where I found the type of car I was looking for. It was at a place of business called E-Z Auto finance Marietta Georgia I called to see if they had the car still on the lot went to see the car, drove the car where I was told I could only drive it around the block because of the low gas in the car. I decided to buy the car as I started out of the parking lot it made a loud noise under the hood as I started to back up it went dead and would not crank back up and run with out going dead the sales person came out and asked what was wrong I told him the check engine light was on and it was making a horrible noise under the hood he said it's only because of low gas when I go get gas it will go off he left the dealership went and got gas and came back 15 minutes later and said see the light is off putting the gas in did it like I am a dummy (i may be a woman but i'm not stupid) and it should be fine now.

I found a piece of a belt on the ground when he left to go get gas I waited to show it to him until after he told me it was fine to drive the car home when I showed him the belt he raised the hood and said OH you have a belt broke and you can't drive it home he said he would get his mechanic to fix the belt first thing the next morning so now I had to make another trip back to Marietta the next day to get the car he showed me the light was off and said his mechanic fixed the belt and checked the car out good and there was no other problems with the car I drove it down the road again but only a mile I got back with the car and and he said I was good to go I left the the dealership got 1 mile down the road the car engine cut off would not crank back I called Ralph at the dealership told him I was stranded on the side of the road he said oh I have to answer another line I will call you right back I was stranded on the side of the road with my daughter and 3 children for over 2 hours he never called me back and would not answer the phone for me

I did not make it home the car broke down with me again in Villa Rica. I could not make it home so I had to miss a day of work because I had no car after paying the crooks my money I believe this place needs to be checked out. I had to hire a mechanic to go to the car to put the compurter on it and see if they could get it to crank and run the mechanic told me they cleard the codes so the check engine light would not come back on until I was down the road and out of their parking lot so the as is no waranty would hold up PLEASE ANY AND EVERYONE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM E-Z AUTO FINANCE JUST A BUNCH OF CROOKS THAT TAKES YOUR MONEY AND ALL YOU GET IS TORE UP CAR I BELIEVE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY THERE too IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE 2 ARMED GUARDS THERE WHILE YOU SELL CARS I FEEL I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THESE PEOPLE IF I COULD GIVE THESE PEOPLE A NEGATIVE RATING OF -100 I WOULD EVERYONE SHARE THIS POST SO THE WORD WILL GET AROUND AND NOONE WILL BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM. Update on car it quit on me again late yesterday afternoon and had to be taken to a repair shop to see what is wrong with it so I am waiting to hear what the problem is now
