E-Z Car Rental ATL GA E-Z Car Rental Does Not Keep Reservations and Then Bait-and-Switch! Internet

I went on vacation to ATL from BWI and I rented a car from the 22nd to the 27th. I made the reservation one month in advance and confirmed the rental prior to coming to the airport. My wife and my 2 month old baby were so tired from the flight and the baby was exhausted so we were happy to finally get moving to our destination with the rental car. I get to the front of the line and the lady says "Sorry we are out of cars...But these people called "Payless" can help you." So my reservation meant nothing, they gave away my car to someone else! 

So now I go to Payless which is right next door, and they are trying to get me the same rate, until I heard the lady say "No, make it more, he needs the car!" So my baby is now crying, my wife is getting inpatient, and I have people trying to swindle me. My original quote was about $280 including everything, and they said "Ok your total is $310!!!" I said fine, give me the car and lets go. I go downstairs to get the car and the car is DISGUSTING. The car has tree sap all over it, and the inside had burn holes. The exterior had scratches, and the car had 57,000 miles on it. Now, we finally get moving and I hit the brakes and it goes "GRINDDDDDDDDDDDDDD." I was in disbelief. I thought it might have been rust from the car sitting so we moved on as our destination was only 20 minutes away and my wifes family was waiting for us to eat Thanksgiving dinner. So we get on the highway, and I start accelerating, and the whole car SHAKES! Like the wheels were bent or something! I own a 1999 Ford Escort and my car has a smoother ride! The car shook like it needed an alignment, balance, tire rotation etc.! My wife was scared and so was I! So I went 55MPH all the way to the destination and then the car sat for 5 days. We did not drive it in fear a tire would fall off. So our vacation was now over and we are on our way returning it, and it starts raining and the windshield wipers were warped so I had to pull over! I could not see as the blade of the wiper ahd rotted off! We finally made it to the airport (a few minutes late because I had to pull over) and the guy is chatting on his cell phone and told me to wait until he's done his conversation with his homie! I could not believe it. I have a 4 month old, a flight to catch, and I have to wait so you can talk to your homie? Um NO! So we get our stuff out of the car and go upstairs and I let the guy knwo what happened and he said "OH sorry, we'll look into it" and told me to have a good day. 

DO NOT RENT WITH PAYLESS OR EZ CAR RENTAL. IT IS BETTER TO PAY THE EXTRA $50-100!!!! Believe me!
