This company is a complete fraud. They received $7,500 as payment in full for a POS system from one of our clients which they never shipped. We are aware of at least 20 other instances where this has happened.
E3's corporate mailing address is a post box at a shipping center, their main telephone number is an answering service.
E3 President Brian O'Connor is a convicted fraud felon. He is the only employee of E3 and uses a number of different names to give the appearance of a large organization. The scam is run from his home.
E3's website is completely fraudulent. We have called all of the companies listed on it as clients using E3 or Pointguard POS systems and none of them have ever heard of E3 or Pointguard.
O'Connor originally perpetrated this scam on the merchant services industry but was exposed on an industry forum and has since switched to posting on various employment websites.
If you participate in this scam exactly what will happen is the client you sell a POS system to will either pay for it in full or sign a lease which O'Connor will fraudulently fund. Neither you or your client will ever hear from the E3 Group again.
Beware of this scam as it is very well orchestrated and gives no outward appearance of being a total fraud.
If you Google "E3 Pointguard POS" the first link is a page on our website that contains a link to Brian O'Connor's fraud convictions. O'Connor has since changed Pointguard to Point Guard in an attempt to not have our website page show up in the search engine results.
We have contacted various state and federal law enforcement agencies to stop this fraud all to no avail. You have been warned.

There must be something we can do! Im sure he has no money, so at least he can go to jail!! there are plenty of complaints against him. Im in North Carolina so it will be best to pursue in GA. We need to contact outside of this site but not sure how. Oddly enough my name is Brian, I own Brookwood Cafe & Catering in Maiden NC just so you dont think Im a CROOK LIKE HIM!! I have a movie of the guy at the front door when we tried to collect the rent....have to find it now on my SD card since my Mac of all things deleted all my pictures. Have a copy of both their drivers licenses with a pic I will post.
I can't believe what a fool we were....something was not right...his DL is from Florida and hers Georgia. His was actually expired at the time they rented which I did not even notice!

Yes, he is a crook! I paid him for a POS system which I never got. Do you have a picture of him? I am still going to try to bring him to justice even though it has been a long time.

Brian and his family rented my house and his smooth talker style ended up costing us 4 months of free rent!
He claimed he was waiting on a huge hospital job to pay him which I now know was just stories.
They took off after finally being evicted and now I can't find them to collect $8,000+ in back rent plus all the other cr---p they did. Stole our large flat screen they rented etc...
Anyone knows where to find this guy so I can make him pay? I think he is still in Cumming Ga, not sure though.

This guy got me too. How can we bring him to justice. I have 20K in this crook. I am in the process of rebuilding my restaurant that I lost in a fire. If anyone wants to go after this guy count me in. There is no telling how much he has taken from folks. I too tried to get help from the BBB and AG office in Ga. If anyone would like to try to get him I will do all I can. I would love to look him in the eye. O'Connor if you read this remember, one day I will meet up with you. I know where you live, unless they have took that house back too. After I get back up and running and have more income I will pursue you. Convicted fraud felon Brian O'Connor has changed the name of the company he is using to perpetrate fraud to Secure Solutions, Secure POS, and EZPOS.
He is not using his own name on the new website however a WHOIS search will reveal he is the registered site owner.
Nothing but minor details have changed. The Secure POS website using an ezpos net not com address shows among his imaginary employees Matt Fureday which is a name he used for the E3 Pointguard fraud.
Secure Solutions currently is recruiting on internet job boards for sales positions exactly as O'Connor did using the E3 name. The address is also the same on the Secure website.
You have been warned, again.
