I publish websites for a living. I had several dozen websites hosted with this scam company. Several weeks ago all of my sites went down and the control console became useless. I called their customer sales line and left messages, filled out many service tickets, emailed them many times, I even had a lawyer send them a letter...no response. As I was with this company for many years I was lulled into a false sense of security and foolishly did not back up my work.

Now not only are all of my sites, artwork, data files, customer names and info gone, they are apparently in the hands of a rather unscrupulous organization. I have now read many complaints about them on other blogs. My sites are still down yet they continue to charge my credit card. Oddly enough a c couple of days ago I got a response from my many requests stating for me to try the sites now, and nothing. Apparently they are being antagonistic. I am going to file a lawsuit. If you re hosted with them back up your work and move to a reliable serving company.
