My group booked a tee time at Eagle Falls Golf Course over a week in advance as we traveled from Georgia to play golf in Palm Springs. We verified our tee time two days before the round and were told everything was fine. Once we arrived at the course, we were told we had been "bumped" and that we could not play. We tried to speak with the director of Golf Willie Maples about it and explain that our group had traveled 3000 miles to play golf there. Willie Maples was incredibly rude and surly with us and basically told us that he couldnt care less. He was rude and very arrogant with us. I feel that part of this problem could have been racially motivated. I can clearly say that this was the worst golfing experience I have had in 20 years and I will never attempt to play Eagle Falls Golf Course again. And Willie Maples is one of the worst examples of customer dis-service that I have encountered. Willie Maples is a rude, dishonest man. Eagle Falls Golf Course is a terrible experience. Do not waste your time.

I Know Willie Maples

I know Willie Maples and have known him now for over two years. The original report complaint, in my experience with Willie, seems totally not in character. Willie Maples believes very strongly in giving the best possible customer service any public or private golf course could ever provide. I have never seen him rude or arrogant; just the opposite. Whenever I've been with him which has been many times; he's polite and down to earth and honest. Furthermore, Eagle Falls is a fantastic golf course; one of the best in all of California.

Willie Maples is NOT ARROGANT OR SURLY! YOU MUST BE ARROGANT OR SURLY!
Willie Maples is a professional, courteous, non-arrogant person who has more digniTy than you do. I have known Willie for a number of years and have seen him many an adverse situations. He handled each one in a manner that all parties felt that it was a WIN-WIN situation. He is gracious, cordial and always wants to make sure that the customer has the best time ever!
YOU obviously are the ARROGANT, OBNOXIOUS one!!!!!!
You are at a disadvantage to claim that YOU will never play EAGLE FALLS GOLF COURSE again. It is one of the finest courses in the world.
And to say that Willie is rude, dishonest - dude - LOOK IN THE MIRROR!!!!!!!!!!!
I will WASTE ALL OF MY TIME AT EAGLE FALLS BECAUSE IT IS A GREAT COURSE AND THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL AND WILLIE MAPLES IS THE BEST. GO BACK TO PUTT PUTT GOLF WHERE YOU BELONG!!!!
