Eagle Marine Services Eagle Atlantic Corp. D/B/A Eagle Marine Services Worst boat repair service in Florida! Delray Beach Florida

Negative 10 stars.   Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for service!  I took my boat to Eagle Marine and easily spent $4,000 on service; however, each time the boat was returned to me with new but related problems.  They took it on a sea trial to diagnose, generator check, etc., and they replaced a water hose.  That was a $900 charge for their time.  On the next trip out the trim gauge did not work, which had worked fine the previous year.  Returned the boat to Eagle thinking they'd take care of it at no charge because they had to pull off the outdrive to replace the water hose.   They never did call to give me an estimate or status update or to see if I was ok with the potential charges.  

Instead, they emailed me a bill a couple weeks later for an additional $1,085.  Next trip out the trim unit itself was not functional.  Returned it to them and they advised that it blew a fuse, which they replaced at no charge.  On the next trip the fuse on the trim unit blew multiple times.  Nice new addition!   But much worse, we found that the reverse was no longer functional!  Our boat only goes forward!   Called Burt again who was getting annoyed in hearing from me and was noncommital that Eagle would make my shifter linkage right without charging me more.  Deciding to cut my losses and go to a boat repair company that doesn't cause damage every time they work on my boat!
