Eagle River Homes Buyer Beware. Lousy Customer Service. Cardboard Box is a Better Living Alternative. Leola Pennsylvania

My parents bought a home through Lebanon Valley homes. The maker of the home is Eagle River Homes. The two companies have got to the the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Believe me, I have dealt with some real losers. They have the worst customer service EVER! From the older woman who answers the phone, no names, who is so rude. Probably the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life on down to getting warranty work done. They continually pass the buck between the seller, the manufacturer and the contractors. No one takes responsibility for the shabby work that was done and then they have the nerve to be absolutely rude to you when you ask for them to hold up their end of the agreement. I am telling every one I know to NEVER deal with this company. EVER. You would be better off living in a cardboard box than to deal with these incompetent fools.
As a matter of fact, I did a review on both sites and a post similar to this on both sites and they deleted them. Proof, that if they really were about satisfying their customers, they would have contacted me to see what they could do to retain me as a customer or how they could remedy the problem. But, once the greedy pigs got their money, they threw their customer service to the wayside.

The roof is bad, the carpets are installed incorrectly, doors were crooked and installed incorrectly, furnace was broken, air conditioner was broken. All were under warranty. Not even half of the issues were fixed. They sent some loser contractor out who couldn't stay the whole time because he had to get his customized Harley fixed so he could go on vacation to Las Vegas.  The worst service ever.  Stay away!
