I dropped my honda civic off at the Addison location to get my transmission rebuilt and flywheel resurfaced back on 6/3/09. After three failed attempts to repair my car, I was informed that the receipt I was given my at the time shop manger (David Bohannon) was
generated on a unapproved software and that my warranty would not be valid so there was nothing that they could do. I am outraged!! that no one is being held accountable and that no one can or will give me info and who and where to pursue this matter in small claims or by refunded me my money. My car is still not drivable and I'm out of pocket $900 and no one is even attempting to resolve the matter. I've sent certified letter to the shop (per the 2nd new shop manager) which was refused!! I will continue
to get any and all info needed to pursue this matter and have my money refunded. I would stay clear of Eagle Transmission!! Not only do they not repair your vehicle but they by no means try to resolve problems that their shop managers caused or try to resolve any issues. I've been given the name of Virgil Block as owner but again he has even failed to make mends of this matter. But no one will give me a contact name,number or address for the corporate office to get my problem resolved. They are a very unprofessional business and I do not recommend anyone taking their vehicles here.

The only way that this issue could be repaired is to refund the $900 we wasted there.

Not only was no work done but left our car in worst shape it was in. We we without a vehicle for a long while. We tried to settle matter by contacting them with no luck, they refused our letters.

So we had to junk car and scrummage up money to get our family a car.

So again, at this point the only way to repair the damage done is to refund our $900 at the least. We ended up being out of pocket alot more with time missed from work due to no car.

I am the New Owner of Eagle Transmission Addison. My husband and I purchased this Franchise location as of February 20, 2012. We have been in the transmission industry since 1987 and have always gone out of our way to assist and work with all of our customers.

If this customer still has any on-going problems with the transmission work that was performed in 2009, I invite them to please come back to the location and give us the opportunity to make it right. The Unapproved receipt has no bearing on our offer to resolve this matter. Our goal is to treat our customers with respect and fairness and to have the reputation for the BEST service.

Any service related industry business can make a mistake, but it is how you handle it to resolve the problem that makes the consumer feel confident and trusting of that business. We want to be "The One To Trust".
