The first time my car was in their shop it took them 2 weeks to diagnose and attempt to fix trans problem, after a couple of days my car went into "safe mode" and wouldnt shift gears. The exact same problem happened the last 2 times it was "repaired" at their shop and every time the same problem comes back every time I get the car back. Now the 4th time same thing has happened and is being towed back to the shop causing me to again pay for a car rental at 55.00 per day which is NOT being paid for by Eagle and I am forced to return rental today being it so expensive. With no car I cant make it to work 42 miles from my home. If they say and they have admitted "we dont know exactly what is causing this problem" then why dont they send it to someone who can. This is not customer service I cant make it to work therefore I cant make money and my work life and home life is severely suffering because of it. Can anyone please help! At what point does a company say to itself "Ya know, lets make this customer happy and forego our pride get this car fixed by someone who knows how" Or at least pay for my car rental till it does get fixed. Heeeeeelp!!!

Without these, nobody knows what you are talking about.
I can tell you the controller for some transmissions/transaxles must be replaced when the tranny is replaced, or rebuilt. If it's not, the new tranny will not function properly. Even with a new controller, they usually need to "learn" how to operate correctly.
