Do not ever use this company for a vehicle warranty, for several reasons. One, it takes an act of God to get anything done. Example, I had a transmission issue, had peace of mind after I was sold this sham of a warranty. They barely cover labor, they make the mechanic take the entire transmission out (guess who pays for that?) and haggled with Mechanics on prices, services, payment etc.
I finally figured I would get out of this mess when I got rid of the vehicle in question. They have been debiting my warranty out of my account; most warranty companies refund your money if you don't use it. NOT this company, no refund.
To add insult to injury, even though I no longer have the vehicle, they are charging an early termination fee. RIP OFF! The fee is $175.00. they are getting a letter from my attorney--but I would never EVER recommend this sham of a business to anyone. They want your money, your vehicle is secondary to anything they offer. PERIOD. BUYER BEWARE!
