Eearl Lumas came to my property, gave an estimate for 5100.00 dollars, recieved 5300.00 for extra material and never came back to finish the complete plumbing job for the property. A contract was signed and all payment was recieved. Mr. Lumas gave so many excuses for why he could not complete the job. First it was a meeting with OSHA, then he said he was in the hospital, and then stated his son was in the hospital, then said he had to do work at Scott Airforce base. He was very unprofessional, inconsistent with work times, and called several times after business hours. He was given chance after chance to complete the job and never did. I had to change the locks on the property because personal items and tools came up missing. After I asked Mr. Lumas to produce a statement explaing why the repairs was two weeks over due and furnish a copy of his license he threatned me, cursed me out and never returned to complete what was stated in the contract. I spoke with Mr. Lumas during the times he was at the job about professionalism and being consistent with work hours. He was hired the third week of July to complete a job in three days. After August 4th he never returned and avoided my calls.
