Russ you are not to try to contact us in any manner, via phone , mail, email, or in person, this will lead to a harassment complaint with your law.

This is impossible, no one will be here and the only way , to get to the front door is by having a key to the gate and permission to enter the property as the sign outside the gate states.

If we do not receive the cheque at the instructed address on the invoice by Friday the files will be deleted.There are many reasons why no one has access to our property,we don't have mail or anything delivered,but none of that is any of your business.

The address on the invoice is a post box in a post office,they will have a record of the delivery.

Friday is fast approaching, if you want your files you will have to follow the instructions everybody else does.No one gets treated any differently, you are not special.

You are not allowed to send, deliver, or come on our property as this will be looked as harassment, as you make my wife feel quite unsafe.

This is not what I would call female-friendly.

Hey Russ thats what reviews are for, giving honesty about companies, you had no problem starting it with this site and about me, you have thrown the first stone through this whole process.&nbspYes I had a couple of drinks on a Saturday night (I think I can, as far as I know there are no laws against this in my own home) and yes Im on pain killers waiting for a surgery. You also knew that I was dealing with family issues, such as my 2 dogs having to be put down and my father passing away from cancer.

Yes you knew all about this as you and many of my other clients knew I was taking a leave of absence to deal with my father and thats why you started to try and manipulate me, you thought I would just lie down and take it because you thought I was weak.

I never complained about how hard anything was, I simply pointed out that there were many limitations with this software and like always Russ just hears what Russ wants to hear and would not listen to me, so if you dont listen. You didnt pay me to learn the software.&nbspYou paid me to do work with this software.

About sending a cheque to this address, everyone knows mail does not come here. The post office does not deliver anything to this location, you also new this and are using it just to try and make us look like the bad guys knowing no mail is accepted here. You have only mailed one check and that went to the address that we accept mail at. This is curious though because your preferred payment choice has always been pay pal as with this invoice you were emailed a pay pal link.

About Craigslist, I dont understand why you have figured out how to post here but cant figure out how to post on Craigslist. You had no problems before me and you did anything together, the only reason your losing work is because of you.

About your junk mail I have received the Thank You email from your auto response for every email we have ever sent, I keep every email that has every been sent to me or that I have responded to.

I dont have an FTP account for your server. The reason the files were sitting on my server is because the software to upload files to yours was not working and just a nightmare to use.

About the video...you knew that never worked on your server.&nbspWe extended the use of our server for this as a courtesy, not because we owed you anything. Not to mention there were no hosting charges for this or anything.

The real bottom line is, you crossed the line by unloading on me!!! That ended me extending any kind of professional courtesy, but I still did by leaving everything up until you ignored Traceys request to pay the final invoice.

The other issue I had in the past with another client was dealt with in a professional manner and nothing has ever came to airing anything in public it was resolved as adults. This is how you have decided to deal with it and Im not just going to lay down and take it. This reminds me of kindergarten where everybody is suing everybody.

Like I said before In all honesty it really has never been about the $30.00 dollars, its about you doing the right thing and apologizing publicly for crossing the professional line and you can start here. Again youre the one that has made this very public.

The person (Russ Robinson) that has filed this report has failed to mention is that they owe for an outstanding invoice. His services were therefor cut off. Why should he get his anything if he still owes money and refuses to pay.

There are no other claims against us and have been in business since 2002.
