I saw the e-book for sale and was interested. After reading through their website I had some questions. I emailed these questions to the company. The first email did not go through, so I tracked another email address via one of their links. I was assured that their email was functioning.

So, I tried again with the same questions. No answer, not a word. Frequently, when I would try to get through to them, I would be re-directed to someone named Byron. He appears to be a seller for them.

The information in their advertising would have you believe that you can construct either a solar panel or a wind generator, of 80 watts and 1,000 watts respectively for something in the order of $200. That simply is not possible. How do I know? Because I have already been living on solar power for 11 years.

We did try a wind generator, a southwest windpower 500 watt unit. Unfortunately, we were not able to get the unit high enough in the air for it to work well. We could get up to 350 watts out if it, but only when the wind was from one direction - we have way too many trees in the way.

I was intrigued by the claim of saving $177/month with a solar panel. At least that is what the advertising says. I can tell you that one 80 watt panel under average conditions will provide you with about $1.50/month in power based on 10 cents a kwh. He must have had an awful lot of panels to do that! But for $200, don't be so ridiculous!
It is a shame that the advertising is so completely false and misleading.
