Earthinkjet.com Charged and nothing shipped Henderson NV

I myself had placed an order through this company. At the end of the checkout process, I never received a confirmation email, nor did I receive order details. Upon contacting the company through their chat I was told the system was going through upgrades and I would receive the info shortly.

No info ever made it to my inbox, nor did it end up in my spam folder. I was given a tracking number by whoever was running the chat, which showed a label was created but no progress was made on the shipment.

After checking numerous times on shipping progress, and waiting day after day to see if it would update, I had called FedEx and attempted to call the company. Nobody ever answers the phone at this place. Fedex had zero knowledge on the package. I again attempted contact through email and support chat and was met with no response. Finally last night I called my bank and not only did I file a fraud complaint, I issued a chargeback on the card. What that means is not only will I get my money back, but any charges associated with said refund will be at the companies expense (Usually up to $35).

Let this be a warning not to mess with peoples money and please do not buy from this company.
