I ORDERED $60 OF GOODS FROM EARTHSTONGUE.COM
I ORDERED TWO SYRINGES OF MUSHROOMS SPORE, A BAG OF FERTILIZER, RYE BERRIES, AND BROWN RICE AND NEVER RECIEVED THE PRODUCT. THEY CASHED MY MONEY ORDER MADE OUT TO EARTHS TONGUE SO I KNOW THEY RECIEVED IT...
THEY SAID THEY DIDNT RECIEVE ANY MONEY ORDERS AND WHEN I CALLED THE MONEY ORDER COMPANY THEY SAID IT WAS CASHED...
EARTHS TONGUE IS SAYING THEY NEVER CASHED IT AND THEY ARE BASICALLY A RIP OFF. THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT SAYING THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS, BASICALLY SAYING WELL CASH YOUR MONEY ORDER AND TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS...
I NEVER RECIEVED THE GOODS AND I EMAIL THEM AND THEY NEVER WRITE BACK.. USUALLY TAKES 4 DAYS TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK AND THEY BLOW YOU OFF.
I WROTE THEM : DID YOU RECIEVE PAYMENT?
THEY WROTE : NOP, WHERE DID YOU SEND IT... NO FEEDBACK AFTER THAT AND I STATED THAT THE MONEY ORDER WAS CASHED

...For reasons out of our control, the payment for his order was temporarily lost but finally we were able to fulfill this customer's satisfaction in such a way that he placed a positive feedback.
