 We received several quotes for redoing our roof and some lighting in our kitchen. Decided to use East Coast Roofing Consultants which was a big, big mistake. We provided an initial deposit of over $3,300. Shingles were to be ordered and shipped. Never heard anything from him. We followed up a couple of weeks later, and there had been a mix up. The color choice we chose was no longer offered, so we had to choose a new one, which obviously was an up charge. We did this and another couple of weeks go by and we had to reach out again. Now there had been an error by the vendor and they failed to order them. Again, another week goes by, and he's going to check on them, but in the meantime, someone will be out tomorrow to start on lights. Nobody shows up. Call him and can't get answer. Email and text, no answer. Finally get him a few days later. We get an apology and we're told that someone will be out tomorrow. Again, nobody shows up. This same cycle continues and we are now a month and a half in, nothing has been done, nobody has even returned here since we gave our deposit and to top it off, we still can't get him to respond to anything! Will not answer calls, texts or emails. I have had to start filing complaints and have to take him to court now.
