East Hills Jeep Dodge Chrysler EAST HILLS JEEP DODGE CHRYSLER GAVE MY TRUCK WATER DAMAGE BY LETTING RAIN GET IN THROUGH THE OPEN WINDOW THAT THEY LEFT OPEN East Hills New York

I had been a satisfied customer of East Hills Jeep since I bought my car about 3 years ago (used). I do have to say though that everytome when I bring my car in for service there, I always get it back with new dings and big scratches on it. The last time I brought my vehicle in for service was because the waterpump broke and had to be replaced under warranty. Since it was in for the waterpump I figured i'd spend a couple of thousand dollars and bring my car up to par. New brakes, allignment, oil change, etc...

I had gotten a phone call saying my car was ready to be picked up. After leaving that day I had returned with my car 5 (yes five) times before they understood what I was telling them. My car kept overheating or the thermostat would get up there to almost overheating util I pulled over.

I finally was able to bring my car back to East Hills at their convience. They took my vehicle and called me to tell me that I needed to replace the waterpump again as well as the radiator and the thermostat. The service rep informed me that the parts had to be ordered. I informed the service rep that I would be going away for two weeks vacation and I wouldn't be in the country. I asked the rep if they would like me to leave my car so that they can fix it while I'm away. The service rep said sure that's great because it gives them time to fix the car. I had left my car at Eadt Hills and left for my vacation the following day.

Once I landed in Portugal I started to receive all the annoying phone calls saying that my truck was ready. I told the service rep that I was in Portugal and that I had informed them of this situation. Once I returned from my vacation and picked my car up. I noticed that the service rep who drove the car around opened the rear side drivers door and rolled the drivers side (front and back) up as I was approaching my car. I had looked down to see water dripping off the bottom of the rear drivers side door. It was a warm day and there was no rain. I know for a fact that while I was away for vacation that it rained for almost 9 days straight. I didn't think of anything being wrong with the truck so I left the premises and went home. Once home I noticed another big scratch on my bumper added to the collection of other dings and scratches I received from East Hills. I understand I left without saying anything so the dealership could just turn around and say that it wad me that put the scratches there. About two weeks after picking my up I started to get an obnoxious odor from water damage. I have had the car detailed inside and out ($250 value) to only have the odor come back again. I gave called East Hills several times asking for the manager and to only be put on hold for 30 to 45 minutes and then get an answering machine for some guy that never calls me back. I am tired of this mold smell. It's nit healthy for my family. I have a 19 month old who has enough medical problems as it is and I don't need this mold to make more problems. I will never buy another car from East Hills and I will definately spread the word around to everyone I know. It's a shame that they treat customers and the customers property in such weak and horrible service. Shame on East Hills!
