I live in Ky and took my 2000 Seadoo XP into a local co. They pulled the motor and sent it to these clowns. They had the motor for approx. 9 months. When I got it back ,and out on the lake, I didn"t even make it back to dock! When I got home I pulled the engine myself to see exactly what the problem was. What I found was a chunk of epoxy where they had "Halfa**ed" fixed a hole in the side of my block,which had vibrated loose and let water into the block and caused the bearings and piston rod journals to desintagrate.                                                                                                                                            I took the motor back to the local shop, and told and showed my findings. One of the techs working there said "I don"t remember sending this engine in with a hole in the side of the block! My local shop sent the motor back for warranty repair. Since then the local shop went out of buisness and I"m dealing with East coast cycle myself. They have had the engine for a year now and when I call there they tell me"We don"t have your engine,a guy that used to work for us has it."and gave me a number in which I call and get no answer. Eastcoast cycle has also told me all that needs to be done is to paint the engine or just hang up on me. I have no idea where my engine is or how to get it back in working order.I"m thinking of reporting it stolen,or trying to find a lawyer to help me. I have even thought about driving up there to bang some heads together! Thats how troubling this issue is.                 I DO NOT ADVISE ANY DEALINGS WITH EAST COAST CYCLE IN BENSALEM,PA
