Eastcoast Music guaranteed us the best deal on a Martin guitar and case, which we paid for in 4 payments, the last payment sent on Sept.4/08. The owner, Morgan Pellinato, kept putting us off, saying the guitar was backordered. In Nov./08 we had given up, all we wanted was a refund, it took too long to get the guitar. He is now refusing to email us or call, and we still don't have our money back, $508.00. We are retired on a fixed income, I am disabled, both of us got pnuemonia in Jan. and I ended up in the ER with no insurance. That money would be a Godsend to us right now. We feel like we have been robbed. As big an outfit as this place is he can afford to refund our money. Buyers Beware!
