Eastern Lettering are the LAST place you want to do business with.

I orders 4 numbers on the 22nd September 2016.  I told him that i needed them no later than the 7th October for my husbands Baseball game and his 50th Birthday.  After sending them $52.50 for the Pro-stitched numbers + postage I was assured that they would arrive within 10 days.

I rang them several times, but they don't pick up the phone.  I finally got hold of them on the 9th October and was told that they were only sent on the 7th, which was already 16 days after I ordered them.  Their excuse was that the numbers I ordered where the Satin stiched and takes an extra 10 days to make.  NOT only was I NOT told that on the day I ordered them, How does a Lettering and Number company NOT have them in stock..

I asked for the tracking number, and was told that it was just sent as an envelope and there is NO tracking number. I waited for another 10 days, which was already too late for my husband's game.  Still the numbers did not arrive.

I rang them again and then KEVIN told me that they were sent on the 12th October, yet he also told me on the 9th that they were sent on the 7th..  Another Lie..  That is now 3 lies..

I waited another couple of days.  STILL NO DELIVERY.

I asked for a refund, as they promised that if the parcel did not arrive within 10 working days, that I would get the refund.

It is now the 4th November.  44 Days since when I ordered the numbers.  Still no Delivery and NO Refund.

Keven keeps telling me that he has proof of delivery.  Well actually the lie keeps changing.

First he said that he has proof of delivery,  then he has proof that it has gone through customs, which is NOT delivery.

There are so many holes in every BS story they tell you.

He has NO Proof of postage on the 7th October.

He has NO proof of delivery.

I have asked him about 100 times to show me the proof, yet he can NOT supply it.

DO NOT HAVE ANY ASSOCIATION WITH THIS COMPANY OR PRONUMBERS, as they are the same company and are SCUMBAGS..

As a matter of Principle..  I AM TAKING THIS FURTHER...  THEY WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THEIR UNETHICAL WAYS.
