Eastern Motors ripoff defective cars, elusive, unwilling to resolve problems, deceptive advertising Stafford, Manassas, Arlington, Woodbridge Virginia

On November 15th, 2003, I financed a 2000 Audi S4 for $23, 784.59 at Easterns Automotive in Stafford, VA. The purchase included a 3 Star GE Capital warranty, and a down payment of $2500.00. Since then I've incurred over $3500.00 out of pocket expenses. $2500.00 of that was for brakes and rotors! How this car passed inpspection is beyond me.

A trip to 3 different Audi dealers revealed that the car is in need of over 16,000 of repairs including replacing 2 turbos, and hardware, 4 O-2 sensors, catalytic converters and labor.

The dealer referred me to a customer care number that is hardly answered. After I did get through to state my case, none of my subsequent calls were answered. I called the dealer back and they made it clear to me that I am on my own. So right now I am stuck with car payments for a car I cannot drive.

It is unfathomable to think that a consumer should pay over $16,000.00 in repairs for a supposedly certified vehicle. All I want is the car repaired or replaced.
