Eastern Refinishing, Inc Disrespectful and doesn't honor contract Nationwide

On 3/23/15 I had my Tub refinished by Eastern Refinishing, inc.  The material used to refinish the tub is falling off.  I called Eastern Refinishing and said that I needed someone to come repair the chipping/pealing.  They said it has been 3 years and that they don't repair chips and that the damage is due to negligence. 

I informed Charlie that I am not in the industry and do not speak the jargon so I am not familiar with the difference between chipping and peeling but the product that was installed is failing.  He called me many names such as moron, f**ktard and d**k when I tried to explain to him that the contract I have says the work is covered. 

He continued to say it was my fault and that nobody would be out to fix it you "Moron" because it’s been 3 years.  He continued to claim that the damage is due to neglect without even having a representative look at the damage which is due to poor installation not neglect. Had the company even showed the respect to inspect the damage they would be able to see that there is no damage due to any solid objects or residue of harsh chemicals.
