Eastern Savings Bank Predatory Lender Hunt Valley Maryland

Everyone should be aware that Eastern Savings Bank is a predatory lender. They are charging me 13% on my loan, and also included a prepayment penalty which is illegal in my State. They were unwilling to waive the prepayment penalty, even when I could have refinanced the loan and improved my financial position. They do not respond to requests, and are obviously more interested in the house than building a loyal customer base. Even in these hard times when many banks are working with borrowers, Eastern continues with their old practices. The borrowers obvioulsy do not matter to them.
