Eastern Savings Bank Ripoff predatory lender prepayment penalties illegal Cockeysville Maryland

I took out a loan in march of 2004 while I was in redemption of a foreclosure due to my husbands fight with cancer and the loan was done with Eastern Savings Bank ... I was charged 27,600 just in closing fees for brokers and them and now in 8/04 I have the credit situation situated good enough to get 7% instead of Easterns 13.9 % and the payoff came in and my prepayment penalties are $143,325.00 I told them someone made an error they said no this is what you signed and they faxed me closing papers that in small print it is there for a 5 year prepayment penalty which is not legal in minnesota.

I call my loan broker that did this loan and she said no way we did not have this its illegal. Now I cannot refinance and my payments are high... They are the biggest crooks they don't even accept my payments when I send them through western union and then when I got a call from them one time the guy curt at extension 6068 told me I was lying to him to stop lying...I hung up... so now I am waiting to figure this diseaster out while I sue them.. I will make sure they feel this and if I have to spend everything to get there my husband has cancer he does not need this.. they just want the house..
