Easterns Automotive, Easterns Motors (Leesburg VA And Frederick MD) Easterns Set Me Up, Never intended to give me a loan and was caught lying! Ripoff Leesburg Virginia

After being treated poorly by Frederick, MD Easterns who asked me to ask my employer to lie about my income and had many different versions to tell I called Leesburg who was sympathetic.

Since it was an hour drive I told them of my situation, that I had just gotten a raise and I had an income verification paper, but no stubs due to me just starting the new position and not getting paid for the new position yet. I was told that would be fine to come on down and they had more plans then Frederick to get me into a new car.

I drive down there, then they keep adding more and more onto what I needed, so after being told several times "we're gonna get this car for you" and then coming back needing more I left angry telling them I would be calling the BBB on them.

I decided to call back and was told I was speaking to corporate who then told me yes your letter is fine and all they need is to see a history you have been paid and you can use the letter as a income increase verification. I called this man two times to make sure. My fiance was with me the first time and heard the phone conversation between myself and corporate.

I go all the way back down to Leesburg VA, then am told the desposit went from 250 plus trade, each time they come back with more and more deposits needed and finally was told my income verification and income proof I brought was not usable. Everyone there told me something different. I said I called and talked to a manager who told me it was fine to which Easterns Leesburg claimed it was corporate, so I said well, lets call him again and I dialed only to find out when the phone rang in 4 desks behind me that I had never spoken to corporate I had spoken to someone there at Easterns lying telling me they were corporate.

Finally the manager comes out and tries to explain to me by humilating me that 19 out of 20 banks had declined me because of my credit score, that their sales men must have thought I would qualify for another loan and that whomever told me the note was workable from my job was wrong. I said then why did multiple people tell me the it was.. To which he avoided answering. I also told him why does the commerical and building say "your job is your credit" then you tell me I was denied because of my credit from 19 out of 20 especially when the girl on the phone before I ever came was told my score and told me they could get me in a car? Anywho I ended up telling them a few choicse words (3 to be exact) after an entire day of dealing with them. As I left multiple salemen (note I was by myself this time and it was dark out) told me Merry Christmas (It was Easter Weekend) and then proceeded to yell it over the outside intercom as well.

Their companies are fraudulant telling you that your job is your credit, then checking it, then lying telling you who you are speaking to is corporate and it is not. I was humiliated and in the end frightened because of the way they behaved.

I came home and DID find the corporate number and now Leesburg Easterns has the boldness to call me back and want to discuss what happened??? They left a message on my voicemail and quite frankly I dont know if I should or not. I am literally afraid of them.
