Easterns Automotive Group - RDA Rip Off, Fraud, Lies and More Lies, Harassment, Threatening and Cursing Phone Calls Fredericksburg Virginia

On March 9th, 2007 I bought a Van from Easterns AutomotiveGroup in Fredericskburg, Virginia. The Dealership Manager collected my downpayment of $1000 dollars. Then on all I was asked to do was sign fraudulent papers stating that my van had features that it didn't. When I refused I was bullied into signing them. They told me I could not get my downpayment back.

After having the Van for less than a week it broke down. I went to Easterns automotive to get it fixed. They acted like they didn't know me. After a few days of complaining and calling the CEO Geoffrey Axton adn being cussed out by him they finally agreed to fix my Van.

While my van was in their possession they lost it for several days and put over 550 miles on it, not to mention they broke my rear passenger seat door and did not fix it. Employees also took it upon themselves to call my work and cell phone numbers over and over threatening and calling me names. They were upset because I called the CEO of Easterns Automotive Group which the corporate name is RDA, Inc, located in McLean Virginia.

I tried to reason with the company and they continue to refuse to fix what they broke on my van or remunerate me for putting over 550 miles on it while it was in their possession, or to apologize for the harrassing and threatening phone calls.

Also they have employees that reply to these reports saying they had a great experience with Easterns Automotive Group. They are sneaky and have no integrity when it comes to doing business. They epitomize the stigma of a used car salesman
