Our vehicle was involved in an accident on 09/13/13 we had it towed to Eastex Collison and thats when the nightmare begin!. Saturdays and Sundays they are closed; therefore, we returned on Monday 09/16/13 to have our vehicle towed to our mechanic. We were then shocked when Ruben Montelongo stated that we would have to pay $1100 to get our vehicle.

They provided a copy of the document that we signed; but they had not listed any prices on the document. They stated that we agreed to the outlandish charges for "repairs" that never occurred or were requested. There were no repairs requested or authorized and the fact that they removed the fender and tried to say that our insurance requested them to removed it was also a part of their story that changed!

They blamed us, stating that we were trying to get something for free! Eastex tore off the vehicle's fender and said that we requested that the vehicle be "broken down"but still could not explain why they had NO LISTED PRICES on our documents! There were no listed prices for services they said they performed, but somehow it totaled $613.81! No prices listed, no estimate price nothing, but its our problem!

They have been disloyal by tacking on fees and altering documents that can not be explained. They insisted that we knew and we agreed to have them repair the vehicle. There was NEVER any discussion about repairing, breaking down or doing anythng to the vehilce. We ask to speak to Dusitn the manager, but he is also unprofessional and deceitful and did nothing to resolve the problem.

My husband and I ended up paying $613.81 to get our vehicle out, and they were not execting that thefore, they continued to make it difficult.

When they said that their debit machine was down but the credit opiton was working, but we could not use credit with our debit card which was another deceitful action! Once again we were thrown a curve ball and had to run to the atm and get CASH.  Vehicle storage is $20 per day and towing $145 that does not add up to $1100 or $613.81.

The business and their employees need to be held accountable for: removing the fender from our car, causing more damage, providing an invoice that had NO LISTED PRICES, and tampering with the document. Eastex will not get away with this misconduct ...reporting is just the first step! Hopefully someone else will also take to time and steps to investigate all of the complaints about this business and have them held liable.
