According to the dealership I brought my truck to for repair, they saw no reason why this company denied my claim. They kept my old part for me so I can use it for proof because there was no external damage. I paid $1800.00 on this warranty and I believe I got ripped off. It is a stated care policy. It states on the contract that it covers the following if damaged by failure of an internal lubricated part: transmission case, oil pan and transfer case.

They refused to pay for this and the contract states they are liable. My bill was over $600.00. I purchased my truck and this warranty on 9/5/04. The repair was done on 11/4/04.
