I would love to take the car back without penalty because it is really a lemon. And the service with the company is horrible. They don't care, all they focus on is getting cars off the lot no matter the condition.
They really get over on people with bad credit who are in desperate need of a car. 1. This company marks cars up 4 times its value. 2. The interest rate is in the 15% or higher 3. No lie or exaggeration if you are a day late they will shut your car off no matter where you are. (That is unsafe, should be unlawful, and excessive control. 3. You aren't given the normal 30-45 days to make your first payment, they expect you to turn around 2 weeks later and have your first payment 4. Once you get your car if you have a problem with it, it is hard to get an appointment with their mechanics
I bought a car that stalls and stutters when I press the gas, the car also has this rattle noise that is getting louder by the day.
If you are going to help people find a vehicle and build credit then do more to help them and not get over on them and their situation.
My 2 month journey with Easy Credit has been extremely stressful, fearful, and tearful. I got a really bad deal and want so bad to get out of it. I can't live with the threatening phone calls and a car that is going to give out on me soon. When they turn it off and turn it back on it messes up the transmission and I discover more mechanical problems. Don't get a car with a kill switch used for the dealership to control you because it will kill your engine slowly causing you money down.

So we come to the crux of the complaint. You aren't making your payments on time...that's why they call you. Isn't that a surprise. As for the interest rate...if you didn't have a reputation of screwing over previous creditors, then your credit record would be acceptable to a bank with a lower APR. But then again, from your viewpoint, no matter what happens, its all their fault.
