This is not the first time IMP, which peddles Easy Home Repair cards, has double-billed me.
I just received today a bill for about $51. They claim I haven't paid since February 27, 2006. I have RECORDS proving they took my money! And these idiots say I owe them! I have paid for each and every one of my deliveries, so I owe them jack.
If you EVER receive a mailing from IMP, Easy Home Repair, or for any company IMP-USA represents, THROW IT IN THE TRASH! You are guaranteed to be double-billed!
Why pay TWICE when you should only pay 1 time?
I've already emailed them a complaint and said I'd post on ripoffreport. I'm tired of these inept, incompetent twits demanding money for items that have long since been paid for.
