Easy Imex is the most unprofessional, poorly run business I have encountered in the past 30 years.  And dealing with them is definitely not easy.  In the end we gave up, because it was just too hard.  The first quote they provided us with was nearly four times the price we were already able to buy the product for.  Wave goodbye to your USD$499 Membership - you would be better off taking the money to the casino.  

 

We could not possibly be more disappointed. We dealt with three people, all of whom were not remotely interested in helping us, nor were they able to provide better prices on products or freight.  On one occasion I rang the owner and he did not even recognise our business name, despite being a paying customer.

 

The worst part of the whole process is the fact that they wasted several months of our time. Not only do they take your USD$499 up front, but they then want to charge you stupid prices for factory visits and freight.  After 3 months they did not source one single new supplier.  Other agents do not charge any upfront fees, nor do they charge to meet with you and show you factories. They actually show you a high level of hospitality as is the custom in China.  In one instance we paid for a sample that we never received.  In an other instance the sample was not as per the pattern supplied.  Four months, zero results and a hell of a lot of frustration.

 

To top it off we we are able to get documented evidence that this company actually takes back handed commissions of 10-20%, a far cry from the advertised 5% they claim.  Stay well away from these guys, they are cowboys.  All correspondence following my visit to their company was ignored, including our request for a refund. Instead they chose to suggest we owed them money!
