Wednesday, the 22nd of April was a nice, sunny and warm day!
But as the English say: Look, is a nice day, until a b*****d comes along and spoils it!
We arrived at Gatwick Airport, at 1.40 pm to catch flight easyJet 8807 To Paphos.
The luggage we brought with us 12 days earlier, was checked in. Suddenly........wait for it.........they discovered that the hand luggage was 1 inch longer, as the bag would not drop in the test box freely!
An argument followed and the "person" behind the desk, PICKED UP the tickets, RIPPED THEM OFF, and said: YOU ARE NOT TRAVELLING! The other passengers around were terrified and terrorized !!
Eventually, a fat and pregnant Lady, with a chip on her shoulder, arrived on the scene, claiming to be the Lady in charge! After another shouting match, about the same hand bag, The matter was settled: 163 to be paid immediately, for the hand luggage, and the ripped tickets will be replaced with new ones!
This airline is a rip-off !! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, BUT THE CHOICE IS YOURS!!
I could have traveled with another airline FIRST CLASS, and with 10 kilos extra weight, for what I paid for this filthy, bad mannered, dinner-less airline, and still have change.
DO NOT WAIT UNTIL IT HAPPENS TO YOU! It will be TOO LATE!
