EASY KITS SMART SITE GENERT IM A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE FULL REFUND!!! ONLINE Internet

 So  i go out of town and come back and i decide to check my balance on my cards and find a non authorized by me charge from this company so called "easykits," and i immediately start a dispute with them. When i first called they  tried to tell me that i did authorize this charge for 79.00$$ and i know i did not so that was offensive then they hung up on me refused to escelate my call to a superior or give me information on how to access headquarters or corporate. When i started asking for more information on who and what the company really is the rep said that I qualified for only a refund of my money which is not fair because Im a victim of id theft so i deserve the entire refund back and then she kept rushing me off the phone and not letting me finish my sentences ask any more questions and i was therefore unable to verify the company that it is REAL OR SCAM!!!!
