easy military travel admited mistake and easy military would not fix the problem Internet

Husband and I needed to purchase a ticket so my step son could come visit in the summer.  I called, made the arrangements and signed the contract.  Later when my husband reviewed the itinerary, he  noticed that the return date was for july and not august like I had asked for.

I called easy military to see if we could make changes and they said no because I had the opportunity to catch the mistake.  I said that it was a mistake and my part for not catching and a mistake on the agents part for not putting in the correct date. 

I went thru several people before they agreed to listen to the recoreded line.  After several days, I got a phone call back, they admitted that they had listened to the conversation, that they heard when I gave August a return date.  But they said that since I didn't catch the mstake, there was nothing they could do.

They informed me that I could pay a change ticket fee.  I asked if they could split the cost since it was both of our mistakes and they said no.  The reason was, if I had read my contract, I would of caught the mistake and the changes could have been made. 

I understand that I did not read the contract fully, but when they have proof that I asked for a date in Aug and their agent put in july, and put the blame all on me.

I was not happy, this is not customer service and I will not use or recommend this company to anyone.
