We're sorry that you have had difficulties with our online ordering process. No order is submitted to our system before the customer has a chance to review all of their order information, including a complete breakdown of all fees for the order. And certainly if you called our customer service center, none of our agents would require your credit card information unless placing an order for you. If you did call and an agent requested your credit card information for anything other than placing a new order or modifying an existing one, then that's a serious breach of our own internal policies and would like you to contact me so that we may investigate it further. My number is 866-526-9426 -Steve

She is not here to help - I called this company regarding their fraudulent practice of obtaining your credit card info BEFORE they will quote you a final price. All I got from their "customer no service" department was more bs about needing my financial information. This fake concern exhibited above is simply for show - they are a ripoff company and I am reporting them to my Attorney General's office.
