I sent my down payment to Easy Semi Truck Leasing on Feb. 15, 2012 overnight. I spoke to John J. Morrello and he said it would take one month for the entire process. He said "Blake Bolin would take it from here and get you a truck". Days, weeks, and month's go by and no truck. I would call this office everyday and Blake would tell different lies, he would put me on hold for 30 plus minutes at a time and IF he did finally pick up the phone he would say call me back in 30 minutes. When I would call back the receptionist would say "He's not here". After a month and a half Blake told me he had a 2002 Freightliner that I could get and it would be ready in a week. The next week when I spoke to him he said there were problems with the truck and he had a 2001 that I could get. Everyday that I talked to him for the next month and a half he would tell different CONFLICTING LIES! Finally, after three month's he tells me that the truck is ready and I can pick it up. So I go to this run down detail shop to pick up this truck, when I get there the guy said "We haven't even detailed the truck yet, it just got here". This truck was "PURE JUNK" completely ragged out with bald tires, awful interior, and dents everywhere. For the Past month Blake told me this truck was in the shop getting new tires, all mechanical issues resolved, and detailed...that was all LIES. Here's what they do, they load their website up with pictures of nice trucks to lure you in, then they tell you that you have to send in your down payment in order to secure a truck, then they have you to sign all of these agreements so they can keep your money when you finally do go to pick up the JUNK that they finally offer you. When I refused to take the junk that they were trying to push off on me and asked for a refund Blake told me that the truck was not junk someone already accepted it and they could not give me a refund the only thing he would do is give me a letter stating that I could get a truck within a year if I changed my mind otherwise, I would lose my money altogether. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! Everyone of these companies are the same with the same owners.

Unfortunetly most don't use it untill it's to late.If your already a truck driver I would think that you would already know that 2/3rds of what people say in this business is a lie.Like the old saying goes,how can you tell if a salesmen is lieing,because his mouth is moving.But these clowns that buy these junks and then don't put a dime in them are the lowest of the low.They also rely on peoples trust,you are obviouly a trusting person to send them a down payment sight unseen.But in this business you have to assume everyone is a liar untill they prove they are not,and that don't happen very much.
I certainly don't know the legal end of this but there has to be a way to get that down payment back because they didn't provide you with what you wanted.You need to at least talk to a lawyer.

They are part of this SCAM!! They advertise on ebay and search engines, their website is also loaded with nice looking trucks (some of the same trucks on Easy Semi Truck Leasing's website) to lure you in. Thom @ Regional Financial will tell you to fill out a questionnaire to get you qualified, after that he will tell you that you qualify and your application will expire in a week. If you don't send him the initial deposit of $1-$2,000 within that time you will not be able to re-apply for 30 days & all of the trucks may be gone because they are going fast. After you send him the deposit he will email you "Lease Documents" and instructions to send the remaining balance to: Easy Semi Truck Leasing. When you go to the website of Easy Semi Truck Leasing you will see the same trucks that's advertised on Regional Financial's site with a down payment of $1- $2,000 less, realizing that you just got SCAMMED by Regional Financial. If that's not enough and you send your money, atleast $2995 to Easy Semi Truck Leasing, they will attempt to keep it after month's of ANXIETY & LIES they will offer you some "JUNK" if you don't take it, they will tell you that you can't get your money back.
