Easy Soft Tech Kivi Solutions.co.uk Phishing Attack - Technical Support Scam! Fort Worth Internet

There is a new phishing attack using WhatsApp. It looks like this:

When I clicked on the Play button, a message comes up that your company has been hacked and you need to call Apple Co. at 877-554-1826 to fix your computer. A representative from East Soft Tech (www.easysofttech.us) then gets me to allow for remote access to my computer and then tells me that I have 2 options for fixing the problem. I ended up providing a credit card to pay for the fix and they tell you that the credit card charge is going to come from Kivi Solutions (www.kivisolutions.co.uk) because they have different portals for charging. They also have you write an email providing "feedback" but basically an email giving them consent for the credit card charge.

I was able to cancel my credit card and tag the charge as fraud. I also went to an Apple store and was told that Easy Soft Tech is completely unrelated to Apple, that they have seen other phishing attacks like this.
