"EasyWater" BUYER BEWARE!!! The company doing business as "EasyWater" selling water conditioners and saltless tank systems are a complete nightmare and worst purchase we have ever made as a home owner.  in my opinion they are a  complete scam and anyone should avoid this company at all costs!!!! They have the worst customer service and claim they record every conversation so they can talk circles around you and convince you that you agreed to buying their product upon initial sales pitch and that is all they have to stand by.  They do not care that you are not satisfied with the product and can't see results. They will not let you return the product and/or refund you your money and they do not guarantee their products actually works. They know all the loop holes of the system how they do not need to return your money as a dissatisfied customer, and that is their only concern during your conversation is pointing out your recorded past conversations. They have more time to argue with their customers on the phone and make the customer more upset as to why you are stuck with a product that doesn't show results. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking into water conditioners or softners. Find a company who backs up their own products and are confident their product works. Find a company who offers a guarantee or money back if you are not satisfied.
