**scam** they used an internet marketing company that used a person from my home town to lure me into the bogus testimonial which claims both Easy White and Teeth White Now works better if you alternate the two because one works on removing yellow teeth, while the other works on stains & whitening. The testimonial said it merely was accidental as the bogus testimonial talked about the products. The women stated that she had a trial of the other brand and found the two worked well together after running out of the first product. She also said how much money she has saved with the free trial cause she only paid the shipping. I bought the sales pitch from the bogus testimonial and ordered both, the company made it pretty easy.
I tried to cancel auto pay which I never consented to, after several calls to cancel I had an interesting conversation. This is how they keep charging your credit card with out your permission. They have the credit card information from the free 10 day trial for the shipping cost. If you call to cancel you may be too late as they do not count the trial days when you get the product but, when the original order was placed for the free trial. So, now your charged for the trial product and the next shipment is already in process so it is too late to cancel that shipment even though you had not enough time to really try the product out. Now they have three charges on my credit card, two at the product cost of $78.23 each plus shipping $6.95.
This is a total rip off and scam! and should be investigated further. It won't do you any good to complain to your credit card company. They buy their story and you did not call them in time to cancel the free trial & it was too late on the second shipment but, they will cancel as of today. But, look how much they were able to scam my credit card for. The product did not work for me, don't buy into this!

Dear Summer,
We are sorry to hear that you did not read or understand the terms of our product before ordering. As with every order the customer has to check a box stating that they have read and understand how the offer works. Our terms are very clear and in 12 point font. We also email the terms to you once the order is submitted and supply a copy of the terms with the first shipment. The terms state that it is a 10 day trial and that we will mail out the full 30 day supply of our product. If the account is not canceled within those 10 days then we would charge the 78.23 for the full 30 day supply that you received and then you would be automatically set up for our monthly mailing program. You had agreed to this when you submitted the order by checking the box stating you have read and understand how our offer works.
In reviewing your account we show that you did call and cancel and accepted to keep the last shipment at a discounted price. As the account stands you are canceled from any further shipments and charges.
