EasyImex Dishonest, Greedy, Underhanded, Evasive Shanghai Internet

The letter below has been sent to the CEO, of EasyImex named Adam Gilbourne.

It out lines the problems I and other importers have had with his company. I and other Australian importers purchased products off his company, that prooved to be faulty. In fact 1/4 of the product broke down after a couple of days use, and they were irrepairable.

EasyImex has refused to honor any kind of Warranty or refund. They have refused to take responsibility and are now totally avoiding corresponding with us completely.

(Also, please note that they definately add much more commission than 5% onto their products than they claim. When I sourced previous products myself, I can obtain it for 20% cheaper directly from the manufacturer).

I have tried in vain to contact you regarding the faulty Hover Boards.

The way you have handled this issue has been so unfair and dishonest business practice. David Zou in your office informed me in early January that you were ‘with the factory’ sorting out this issue so that us, the consumers would not be at a loss. This obviously wasn’t your concern at all, as over 3 and a half months on, we are still losing. You know that the boards you sold to us in Australia are faulty, the others sellers in Melbourne have similar issues with batteries and balance. They also have notified your company and were promised guarantees and replacements. Like me, they have had nothing from EasyImex.

Whats most deceitful is that you encouraged us to buy off you directly as it guaranteed us a better product. If we had of purchased direct from the factory or other importing sites, we would have had buyer protection.

Are you hoping that we all will simply cop the loss from your company, and we all disappear? This is the worst service I could imagine when I joined your import company. Other import sites offer buyer protection, in the case of faulty merchandise. It was also promised us BEFORE we purchased the boards. Please know that claiming that you are a HONG KONG business, and sending us “Trouble Shooting Videos” does in no way diminish your moral obligations. GREEDY business practices are the same, no matter what country you operate from.
