This is a complete ripoff and fraud. eMail came in with the Google logo as a Google offering. Ordered online course for $47.00, and declined all other ad-ons. I wanted to review the course to determine if I thought the proposition would work for me. The company started charging me a recurring monthly charge of $69.95, although I had declined subscription services. When I called the 888 number appearing on my credit card bill, I requested they cancel the recurring charge and refund the initial $69.95 charge. After much argument, the representitive agreed to cancel the ongoing. Further argument was required to get the representative to agree to the refund. They indicated it would take 7 - 10 days to refund the money. I pointed out that it took them roughly 5 minutes to charge my card the $47.00. The representative stated there was nothing she could do. When I requested a manager, she said there was no manager. (A true indicator of a fraud). Also, she said I was "momentarily" receive an email confirming the cancellation and the refund. It has been 2 days, and no email. Obviously, also no refund.

You've Been Scammed!

Easykits.com is a domain name that is for sale! Meaning, there is currently NO company or person attached to this website, it for sale. Some scammer has apparently used it as their website name, for whatever reason. Second, google does not offer any online courses. Third, you responded to a piece of SPAM mail and gave them your credit card number. BAAAAD IDEA! You need to contact the credit card company ASAP and do a chargeback and request a new CC number.
I would love to know what the phone number was that you called.
BTW: there is another website name you find a lot of complaints about here and elsewhere on the web that is similar and to be avoided: easykits.org.
Future-going: do not respond to spam and do not give out your credit card and/or banking details.
