I booked a hotel room with this website and had to pay for the room up front, DONT DO IT! It said the reservation was refundable but when I canceled my reservation I was told it would take A MONTH for me to get my money back. After waiting for more than a month with no refund they just kept telling me that they would contact the hotel at their convenience and IF they responded and issued a refund I would get my money back. Needless to say I never got a refund. They are located overseas so there's basically nothing I can do about it. Total rip off! Use a better known travel site even if you have to pay more!
